Quality First Escrow is grateful that our computer servers, including our business and financial records, were NOT located in our Delft Square office. Of course, all our office equipment and furniture is a total loss and our insurance people are doing a great job of assisting us with our claim.

We ARE open for business. I am telecommuting from home and our office phone (360-354-4567) and email (docs@qualityfirst.biz) are forwarded there. So please let anyone know who inquires that they can still contact us. We are doing our best to continue normal operations as much as possible.

We are deeply concerned about the other fellow tenants in the building, as I am sure many of them lost much more than we did. Our thoughts and prayers are with them, and we know our fellow business people and city residents are doing everything possible to assist.

Huge appreciation is due, of course, to all the public servants who fought the fire and worked to contain it. Thank you for your service.

6-10-2008 Our Delft Square office and ATM is closed until further notice.  Fortunately, we are adequately insured for damage to our property in the building and have all of the resources we need. Our hearts go out to the businesses who lost irreplaceable items in the fire. The Delft Square staff are currently working out of our Lynden office at 2045 Front Street.

6-09-2008 - Our Delft Square office in Lynden is currently closed due to a fire on the 3rd floor of the building. Our staff was evacuated safely and moved to the Lynden Front Street office located at 2045 Front Street. The Front Street branch is open to serve you in the lobby until 5:30 and drive-up until 7:00.
