Stan
Pilon, owner of Quality First Escrow, Inc., this week
announced the reopening of their office in the aftermath of the Delft Square
Fire. “We are immensely grateful to Shane VanDalen

Pacific Continental Realty to make sure the building was safe before allowing
entrance. They were magnificent about calling us and giving us almost daily
reports. Our insurance adjusters, as well, have been extremely helpful in
assisting us with our claim.”
To
encourage the community to use their services, Quality First Escrow has
announced it is matching the published escrow rate schedules of its
competitors, and offering a further discount to buyers and sellers for at least
the remainder of the summer.
