Every Wednesday, the J?ansen Art Center? invites you to join us for? a free? live music performance in our Piano Lounge from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. ?Each week we welcome a different talented local ?pianist, guitarist or small ensemble.? Nell was a member of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association (AOSA), for several years while she was teaching. Orff Schulwerk is a way to teach and learn music, and is based on things children like to do: sing, chant rhymes, clap, dance and keep a beat. Nell was also a member of the Music Teachers National Association, and active with the local chapter in Lynden. (LMTA)
