Get Simple Box Donates Containers and Free Delivery to Support Flood Response in Whatcom & Skagit Counties

In response to severe flooding across Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Get Simple Box is mobilizing its local fleet to support emergency shelters, relief organizations, and restoration efforts.

Get Simple Box has more than 40 shipping containers ready for immediate deployment, including 10 containers being donated at no cost to emergency response organizations. In addition, the company is offering free delivery on rental containers for flood-impacted households, farms, nonprofits, and response crews.

While it may take a few days to reach everyone, Get Simple Box is committed to ensuring all requests are met as quickly as possible.

How Get Simple Box Is Helping

• Donating 20ft and 40ft containers to emergency shelters, the Red Cross, and volunteer organizations

• Free delivery for flood-related container rentals

• Containers used for emergency shelter support, supply storage, food and aid distribution, and restoration work

• Containers can be staged on-site or relocated as needs change

Priority will be given to:

1. Emergency shelters

2. Organizations distributing food, water, and supplies

3. Restoration companies and teams handling water and mold remediation
