She now covers addiction, housing, poverty, and drug policy at her blog, The C Is for Crank. She has written for a variety of local and national publications, including The Huffington Post, Seattle Magazine, and Grist. Kristi Coulter is the author of the memoir-in-essays Nothing Good Can Come from This, a 2019 finalist for the Washington State Book Award. Her work has also appeared in Elle, The Paris Review, New York Magazine, Vox, The Believer, and elsewhere.
