Thursday nights, the J invites you to enjoy free live music in the piano lounge from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Firehall Cafe at the J offers their full menu of food and beverages until 9:00 PM. Curated by local musician Victor Pruner, the Live in the Piano Lounge series is designed to bring a variety of local musicians to engage the community. Join vocalists Wendy Donaghy and Sharon Mayson as they usher in the holiday season with many of your favorites such as White Christmas, Santa Baby, Breath of Heaven, and even Mozart's Alleluja! Wendy Donaghy stays busy as a singer throughout the Pacific Northwest. Donaghy has been a featured soprano soloist with the Lynden Festival of Music for several years and held the lead role in the production of Opera Latte at Mount Baker Theater. Sharon Mayson is a highly sought after local singer. Along with her considerable vocal training she has a natural gift that shines through every note.
