Nexus, from the Latin word for “connection,” is Silverado’s internationally recognized non-drug approach, brain-health program that has improved cognition and function for many persons in the earlier stages of living with dementia. The program is comprised of six pillars of activity: •Physical Exercise •Stress Reduction •Cognitive Exercise •Purposeful Social Activities •Support Groups •Specialized Digital Programs This event will showcase how Nexus has been changing the lives of many residents and include brain-health tips.
