    Join us for an interactive in-person workshop on completing a Washington State Advance Directive. All participants will be guided through this simple yet thought provoking process of choosing a health care agent and putting your wishes in writing. All documents/materials provided. There will be a notary available to help you complete your document during the workshop if desired. Presented by PeaceHealth Advance Care Planning program.
