    Join us for an interactive workshop on completing an Advance Directive. All participants will be guided through this simple yet thought provoking process of choosing a health care agent and putting your wishes in writing related to your health care in the event that you are unable to speak for yourself. All documents provided, and a notary will be present if participants wish to complete their document. Presented by the PeaceHealth Advance Care Planning program.
